It's been two years since a District Court Judge dismissed a lawsuit against a broadcaster for playing pre-1972 sound recordings. It was ruled that the broadcaster was playing digitized versions of the songs that were created after 1972. This week, the United States Court of Appeals for the ninth Circuit didn't buy that argument. [read more]

Effective September 4, Travis Rodgers will joinng morning show host Keyshawn Johnson and LZ Granderson on ESPNLA 710 as Jorge Sedano moves to afternoons. Sedano tweeted about his move Tuesday. His show will from 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. and include a rotating group of co-hosts. [read more]
