South Carolina State Bulldogs football games will be broadcast on WLXC KISS 103.1 (Columbia, SC) under a new multi-year agreement. The station will be the official radio broadcast home of the SCSU football team, which represents the university, located in Orangeburg, SC, as a member of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference. Head Coach Buddy Pough kicks off the broadcast partnership with a weekly pre-game interview he will conduct on WLXC KISS 103.1 every Friday afternoon. Pough’s first interview aired on Friday, August 31, at 5:50 p.m.
Rick Prusator, Vice President/Market Manager, Cumulus Media-Columbia, said, “We have been working on forming this partnership with SC State for several months and our entire team is excited to be able to broadcast all SC State Bulldog games as well as a weekly coaches’ show on KISS 103.1.”
