OTS Media brought home 13 awards from the South Carolina Broadcasters’ Association Annual Awards on August 17, including South Carolina Radio Station of the Year for WRHI/Rock Hill, SC. The award was the eighth for WRHI overall and the eighth time in the last 15 years the station has taken the night’s biggest honor.
The eight Station of the Year awards tied WTCB in Columbia for the most in state history.
In addition to the Station of the Year honors, sportscaster Chris Miller brought home his record extending 10th consecutive Sportscaster of the Year Award. WRHI’s Straight Talk was named the Public Affairs Show of the Year and WRHI’s Football City USA KickOff picked up the top award for Convergence Coverage.
