Rebecca Kaplan gets the newly created position of Marketing Director for Cumulus’ seven station cluster in Dallas. She keeps her position as Promotions Director for New Country 96.3 (KSCS) and 99.5 The Wolf (KPLX). Prior to joining Cumulus, Kaplan was Promotions Director for iHeartMedia in Tampa.
