Admittedly there was no traffic, since the bridge had just reopened after severe fire damage. Thanks to their wile and cunning, WNNX Rock 100.5 morning guys Bailey and Southside, along with their producer Digi-Dude, got the hop on the other eager media outlets and christened the bridge last week. They drove the WNNX van across the empty bridge unmolested, pausing halfway to take some memorable photos.
Digi-Dude Nate said, “It’s not every day you can lay down in the middle of one of the busiest roads in the country.” (Atlanta, GA, has recently been ranked as the fourth-worst city for traffic in the United States.)
