Word of another promotion from Impact Radio Group. James Garner has received the nod to be the new Program Director for the group’s Hot AC KZMG (My102.7) in addition to his duties as PD for flagship KSRV (BOB-FM). Garner joined Impact Radio Group in July of 2007 serving as the company’s Production Director. Over the past decade he has added additional duties and titles to his resume. Promoted to Program Director in March of 2014, Garner has led KSRV through several successful Nielsen books.
“It was a no brainer that James would be the guy to take on our Hot AC with the amount of success he has had behind the wheel of BOB-FM,” said CEO Darrell Calton. “James Garner has been involved from the start. He has seen this market and this company at both their best and worst of times.
