American Urban Radio Networks has promoted Lenore Williams to Sr. VP of Affiliate Operations and Compliance. Williams began her career as traffic manager with one of the company’s owned and operated stations, and continued to add more responsibilities. She then served as Operations Manager of the company’s owned and operated station in Buffalo, and became Manager of Program Operations for AURN in 1998. In 2006, she was promoted to VP of Affiliate Operations and Compliance.
