That’s according to an SEC filing on Friday. Entercom announced it had purchased a 45% stake in DGital without revealing how much the investment was. The filing also says under the terms of the agreement, Entercom obtained an option to acquire the remaining ownership interest in DGital in 2021. DGital Media was launched in May of 2015 by former DialGlobal/Westwood One co-CEOs Spencer Brown and David Landau.
