Cortaro Broadcasting, owner of KCKY in Coolidge, Arizona, has some explaining to do with the FCC. After an inspection, the station was hit with a Notice of Violation this week that includes improper fencing at its tower, not operating its AM station at the correct power and the inability to produce EAS logs.
